Pfizer-BioNTech 2 dose vaccine and Johnson & Johnson single dose vaccine. MODERNA IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON TUESDAYS.

COVID vaccines are available on campus to eligible recipients ages 12 and up. We do not have pediatric vaccine.

What are some side effects I may experience after receiving the COVID-19 vaccination?
What should I do after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine?
- Talk to your healthcare provider about taking an over-the-counter medicine (ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.) to decrease discomfort after getting vaccinated.
- Apply a clean, cool, wet washcloth over the injection site.
- Use or exercise the arm where the vaccine was delivered.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Dress lightly.
- Rest.
If I am experiencing symptoms after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, should I seek medical attention?
You should seek medical attention if:
- The redness or tenderness of the injection site gets worse after 24 hours.
- If your side effects are worrying you or do not seem to go away after a few days.
Seek IMMEDIATE medical attention if you think you might be having a severe allergic reaction after leaving the vaccination clinic by calling 911!
What does it mean to be FULLY vaccinated?
Someone is considered to be fully vaccinated 2 weeks after:
- The second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
- The single dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Do I need a booster shot?
Yes. It is highly recommended that everyone who is eligible receive a booster dose.
